This equation is already in slope intercept form.

Slope intercept form is y = mx + b, which is the form it is in now. However, if you would like it changed to standard form, you would multiply by the lowest common denominator and then rearrange as follows.

y = -1/7x + 22/7 -----> Multiply both sides by 7

7y = -x + 22 ------> Add x to both sides

x + 7y = 22
