For this you just substitute x for -5, so...

  (-x + 3) + (4 - 2x^2) + 3x

= (--5 + 3) + (4 - 2(-5)^2) + 3(-5)

= (5 + 3) + (4 - 2(25)) + -15

= 8 + (4 - 50) -15

= 8 + -46 - 15

= 8 - 46 - 15

= -53
