The smoothness of the hand’s flow while playing an instrument is called posture. The term posture denotes the position of the body while playing the instruments. The body should not be in a position that is a strain on the muscles.  Good posture should be balance and relaxed. It makes it easier to breathe, it also makes it easier to blow out for the instrument.
