In volleyball I would rather be on the best team and be the worst player. Since i'm the worst my team mates can be awesome and I can just sit on the bench. Enjoy the sidelines and only play is they need me. Plus I can enjoy the glory without having to put in that much work. So being the worst when everyone else is great seems like the right choice.
