How can I calculate a certain decimal given a length? Let's say n is a decimal, and I want that decimal to be a length of 3. The output needs to be .001. If n's length was 2, it would be .01, etc.

N /(n*10^n)
So 3 would be
3/(3×1000)=1/1000=.001
