For a sequence to be arithmetic, the difference between each value must be the same.
15, 22, 35, 46
22 - 15 = 7
35 - 22 = 13
7 does not equal 13, so there is no common difference.
If there is no common difference, the sequence is not arithmetic.

15, 22, 35, 46

46 - 35 = 11
35 - 22 = 13
22 - 15 = 7

No, this sequence is not arithmetic, so it doesn't have a common difference.
