There are 8 quarts of grain in the bin. Of two horses eat 2 1/4 quarts of grain a day, can they eat for three days?

No, they'd need 13 1/2 quarts of grain. 2 1/4 x 2 for 2 horses = 4 1/2
4 1/2 x 3 for 3 days = 13 1/2
