2*x-y=3> x= y+3 over 2

so y+3 over 2 is ur answer, oh and this is a scientific way of asnwering it srry if this doesn't help. if u don't understand, :)

well, there are many points that aren't on that line, but for example, we have (0,0) we can check this be putting these numbers into the equation and seeing whether the equation holds true.
 2(0)-0=3 then simplify...
0=3 thats not true, so the point (0),(0) is not on that line
