How did William McIntosh influence the removal of the Creek from Georgia

William Mclntosh born in 1778, signed a treaty at Indian Springs  in 1825 according to which he sold the remaining Creek land in Georgia. The treaty was known as the Treaty of Indian Springs. William’s house was put on fire and he was assassinated the same year due to controversial circumstances.
