What one concept does the Navy instill in SEAL recruits? Why is this so important?

A concept the Navy instills in steals is teamwork. That is important because when on a mission you have to rely on other people not just your skill set. Also, you cannot do everything nor are you the best at everything. So you have to have people do things to better the quality of the job
